Angelica is Head of Sales at UK Biocentre with over two decades of invaluable experience within the laboratory landscape.

Angelica begun her career in 2002 as a DMPK Research Scientist for UCB. Here, she undertook the pivotal role of overseeing in vitro screening and result generation for NCE projects while also providing mentorship and management for junior staff.

In 2008, she embarked on a new adventure, joining Vernalis in Cambridge where she played an instrumental role in the establishment of a DMPK department and the implementation of critical processes.

She then went into her first sales role as an Account Manager at VWR in 2009, focusing on promoting laboratory products across diverse sectors including Pharmaceutical, University, Government, Animal Health, and the Food industry.

In 2012, Angelica assumed a role in Inside Technical Sales at Kinesis, specializing in the sale of Chromatography consumables to various industries. She also played a vital role in the integration and harmonization of processes following Kinesis's acquisition by Cole-Parmer in 2012.

Her dedication and expertise paved the way for her progression to a Sales Leader first and then to a Sales Manager for direct channels. During this tenure, she managed a team of Scientific professionals, providing coverage across various European territories.

In her most recent role, Angelica worked as the Sales Manager for both Direct and Indirect key accounts. Leading a team of 5, she has developed a targeted strategy to effectively manage key accounts in the post-Covid landscape, solidifying her reputation as a dynamic and results-driven sales leader.
