Jen has over 20 years of experience across the biotech, academic, and public sectors, specialising in optimising scientific and operational processes. Her focus is on implementing best practices to enhance efficiency whilst ensuring compliance.

After completing her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Biomedical Sciences, Jen began her scientific career optimising processes for human transplantation. She later pursued a PhD in regenerative medicine at the University of Birmingham, where she investigated the biophysical effects of ultrasound on tissue regeneration.

Following her doctorate, Jen continued working in the highly regulated regenerative medicine sector, holding various leadership positions to advance biobanking initiatives and drive operational excellence in complex environments. Her contributions have supported the advancement of best practices within preservation of biological materials, ensuring the safe and effective storage of cells and tissues essential to regenerative medicine.

With a multidisciplinary background, Jen approaches complex challenges with a comprehensive, solutions-driven mindset. Passionate about advancing biotechnology and driving scientific progress, she remains dedicated to supporting cutting-edge research, fostering innovation, and making a lasting impact within the scientific community.
